PTC Air Heaters Overview
PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) air heater is an efficient and reliable solution for a wide range of heating applications. Utilizing advanced PTC heating elements, this heater offers quick and uniform heating, ensuring consistent performance and energy efficiency. PTC’s unique heat property allows the PTC heat output to be regulated by the airflow applied. The higher the airflow, the higher the heat output and power(wattage).
Standard PTC Air Heaters are designed with single stage heating (full power). However, MH & MSH type PTC Air Heaters can be designed with multiple power stage by heating one or two tubes at a time. It is more power efficient and will help extend heater life-time.
The KLC multi-functional PTC air heaters are patented worldwide and conform to CE, CUL, TUV and GS safety standards. KLC obtained ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 13485 certifications in 2004, comply with current regulations for both products and quality management systems.
